Prices and plan details on this site can change. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed when you sign up. If we publish a pricing error, we may correct it.

The site and everything on it, including our templates, designs, layouts, code, text, graphics, logos, and the NA Web Services name, are owned by NA Web Services LLC or licensed to us. You may view the site for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, or sell any of it, or use our templates or designs to build a site, without our written permission.

5. Other companies' trademarks

Google, Meta, Trustpilot, and other company and product names on this site are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to identify products and to compare services. That doesn't mean they sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with us. Comparisons reflect public information as we understood it when written and may change.

6. What you agree not to do

• submit false information, or submit a form in someone else's name,
• send spam or automated submissions through our forms,
• try to hack, overload, scan, or disrupt the site,
• use bots or scrapers to collect content or data from the site,
• use the site for anything unlawful.

7. What you send us

Information you send through our forms must be accurate and yours to share. Sending a form doesn't make you a client or create any obligation for either of us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

You agree to defend and cover NA Web Services LLC against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal action about the site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

13. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Using the site after an update means you accept it.
